Manicure
Step 1: Remove polish, cut/files nails. Put cuticle softener on nails.
Step 2: Take one hand out of the bag, and push/cut the cuticle. Buf nails, push cuticle oil on nails repeat with other hands.
Step 3: Scrub arm and hand with a sugar scrub (add a little lotion). Rub mask on arm and hand. Wrap a towel around each hand.
Step 4: Clean & remove the mask well. Massage both arms & hands.
Step 5: Hot towel and lotion again. Clean nail with alcohol/acetone.
Step 1: Remove polish, cut/files nails. Put Cuticle Softener on nails.
Step 2: Take one handout bag. Push & cut cuticle back. Buff & oil nails. Brush pina colada mask on hand. Repeat with other hands (4 min for each)
Step 3: Scrub pina colada on arms. Rub mint mask on arms. Wrap arms with a warm towel.
Step 4: Clean & remove masks. Massage arms and hands.
Step 5: Clean nails with Lime wedge. Clean with a hot towel.

Step 3: Massage. Get 6 hot stones and 2 bags of paraffin treatment. Dip 1 hand. Same step other hand.
Step 4: Massage w/2 stones on arm. Remove paraffin treatment on hand. Massage 1 new stone on hand. Same other step other hands.
Pedicure
Step 1: Put callus on the heel, and remove polish. Cut/files nails put cuticle softener. Push/cut cuticle, buff nails. Put cuticle oil. Scape thick callus skin if any, scrub heels. Same step for other foot. Make sure the nail's length is the same on both feet
Step 2: Scrub Orange scrub wash and dry. Then put a mint mask on the legs & feet. Same steps for the other foot.
Step 3: Wash one leg, massage foot/leg, same steps for the other foot/leg.
Step 4: Hot towel on both legs, cooling gel, lotion on both legs.
Step 5: Clean toenails well with alcohol, buff, clean with acetone, polish...

Step 3: Wash legs. Towel dry and massage.
Step 4: Hot towel on both legs. Use Lime wedge to clean all toenails. Clean toes well with alcohol. Buff Clean acetone. Polish

Step 3: Massage leg with 2 hot stones, (take off paraffin). Massage the other 2 hot stones on the feet. The same step for other feet.
Step 4: Hot towel on both legs.
Step 5: Clean toenails with alcohol or acetone, and polish.
Step 1: Pour #1 packet into Tub, put callus on heels, and remove polish. Cut/file nail, put cuticle softener. Push/cut cuticle, buff nails. Put cuticle oil. Scape thick callus skin if any, scrub heels. Same step for other foot. Make sure nails' lengths are the same on both feet.
Step 2: Scrub leg pocket #3. Wash and dry well. Mask packet #2 on foot. Wrap hot towel. The same step is other for.
Step 3: Wash 1 foot first. Dry good massage 1 leg. Get 2 bags of paraffin dip 1 foot into 1 paraffin bag. Same other foot.
Step 4: Massage on the leg. Remove paraffin on this foot. Massage on foot. Same other foot.
